SHIPPING POLICY

How does the delivery process work?  

  • Once our system receives your order, your products are thoroughly reviewed to ensure they are in excellent condition.

  • After passing the quality inspection, they are packed and given over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners will then get the package to you as soon as possible.

  • If they are unable to reach your specified address or at a convenient time, they will call you to settle the situation.

  • Note: Please provide  the correct Billing Address & Shipping Address with nearest landmark and contact number

 

What is the range of locations to which Magicboox ships their products?  

Magicboox currently delivers all over Nepal and doesn't deliver internationally. If your location falls outside our standard delivery location, feel free to reach out to our customer care department.

What is the estimated dispatch  time?  

We usually dispatch most orders within 2-4 business hours (excluding Saturdays and public holidays)

  • We keep 100% of our catalogue in our own warehouse to ensure the products are provided fresh and non-expired.

  • If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order date

 

What are our estimated delivery timelines?  

  • Inside Valley, we deliver it within 24 hours.

  • Outside Valley, we deliver it within 4-5 working days.

 

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?  

After placing your order, once we dispatch the order from our warehouse, you will receive a message on your registered phone number with the trackable link. You can check the status of your order.

We will be integrating the order tracking within our app and also receiving the order updates on Whatsapp in the near future.

 

Will I receive my order in single package or multiple packages?  

Your single order will be received in single package. However, if you have placed multiple orders in single day, you might receive it separately. However, we ensure it to deliver it on the same day. We are working on consolidating the multiple order into single package in near future.

 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?  

  • Shipping Charges currently are as follows:

    • Inside Valley, the shipping charge is Flat Rs. 49 and FREE SHIPPING on order valley more than Rs. 999

    • Outside Valley, the shipping charge is Flat Rs. 125 and FREE SHIPPING on order valley more than Rs. 1,999

  • We are currently accepting only Cash on Delivery
